What
is FUNdamentals Playroom?
The Playroom
is a space created for parents, caregivers, and their little
ones to drop in and play. Professionals in the areas of child
and family development are on hand to answer questions and facilitate
a meaningful experience for both you and your young child aged
2 months to 3 years.
Some
of the benefits include:
• Learning how early play relates to later learning
• Practicing early social skills
• Getting to know other parents and caregivers in the Lincoln
Square Community who are experiencing the same stages of development
as your children are
• Most of all, having a place to get away and have some
FUN!
How
does FUNdamentals Playroom work?
There are several play periods scheduled through out the week
— you can drop in to any of them because you pay as you
use the program. There is the per time drop-in fee as well as
a discounted 10-visit punch card.
Where
is FUNdamentals Playroom?
The Playroom is located in Luther Memorial Church at 2500 W.
Wilson. This allows for a lower overhead, meaning the cost to
parents or caregivers is more affordable. While we are located
in Luther Memorial Church, we are a separate not for profit
entity and are not affiliated with the church.
